Gluten Free Banana Bread
8 Tbsp. Butter, Softened *
¾ Cup Granulated Sugar
1/3 Cup Brown Sugar
3 Large Eggs, Room Temperature
½ Cup Water
1 1/3 Cup Bananas, Mashed
2 Cups Sof’ella Gluten Free All Purpose Baking Mix
• Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease an 8” x 4’’ OR 9” x 5’’ bread pan.
• Grease with non-stick cooking spray OR butter and dust with gluten free flour.
• Cream Butter in a medium size mixing bowl.
• Add the Granulated and Brown Sugar, stir until combined.
• Add Eggs, Water and Bananas and continue to mix until combined.
• Stir in the Sof’ella Gluten Free All Purpose Baking Mix just until combined.
• Pour into prepared pan.
• Bake for 50-60 minutes or until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean.
• Cool for 10 minutes before removing from pan.
*8 Tbsp. Butter can be replaced with 1/3 Cup Oil
