Halloween-Eyeball Cupcake
Ingredients
White Paper Cup Liners
Your favorite Sof’ella Cake and Frosting Mix
Red Food Coloring
Pastry Bag
Small Black Jelly Bean
Green Round Candy with a hole
Preparation
- Prepare your favorite Sof’ella Cake and Frosting Mix according to package directions.
- Frost the cupcakes, reserving 1/3 cup of the frosting.
- Using the red food coloring, tint the reserved frosting bright red.
- Using the pastry bag pipe red frosting on the top, center of the cupcake in vein pattern from the center to the edges of the frosting.
- Place the round candy in the center of the cupcakes.
- Cut the jelly beans in half and place one half on top of the round candy as the eyeball.
Makes 12 Cupcakes
