Gluten Free

Gluten is a protein found in wheat, barley, rye, malts and triticale which are underlying causes for Celiac disease. Celiac disease is a digestive disease that damages the small intestine and interferes with absorption of nutrients from food. Although symptoms vary, most common ones include abdominal bloating and pain, chronic diarrhea, vomiting, constipation, weight loss, fatigue, bone or joint pain, depression or anxiety.
A gluten-free diet is the only medically accepted treatment for celiac disease.
