While in World Market, Chico yesterday, I discovered and purchased a can of Baker's Pantry Meyer Lemon Pancake/Waffle Mix and WOW it's about the best new product I've found in a long time. For years, I've taken pride in my special Belgian Waffles, but today I made Belgian waffles using the Meyer Lemon mis and they were fabulous. I used club soda in place of water and got a superior light & crispy waffle. I hope I can find your other products in my area. A 10+

My family loves your gluten free all-purpose flour mix for pancakes. I think it is the best on the market and at the best price. Because we are on a gluten free, casein free diet, it is always a challenge to find good, easy, economical baked goods recipes.

I just fell in love............with your products I never heard of Sofella foods and I have avoided cake mixes for what seems like forever. BUT, i was in my local BedBathandBeyond where they have recently installed all kinds of cake, condiment and quick food products. Everything looked so attractive. In the back of my mind was I needed to prepare something delicious for a holiday breakfast at my local library. After looking and reading labels of many products your Lemon Ginger Mix caught my eye. I loved your packaging and description of the contents. In addition I loved the simplicity of putting this cake together. I bought the mix, prepared it and well, it was amazing. I could never have prepared anything as attractive to look at and so lemonygingerly. The cake and I were a sensation. Please know I will spread the word and I look forward to baking more. By the way, your web site is really exciting.

I live near the Costco headquarters, and I contacted them twice to try to get them to carry the cake mix in the Seattle area, but they didn't respond. I told them that the San Diego Costco, I think it was, carried the cake mix, and I even gave them the Costco item number, and I raved about how great the cake mix is. I see the Costco founder and CEO Jim Sinegal walking around in the Issaquah, WA store (it's right next to the headquarters) every now and then. I could try to run him down and beg. As long as they don't have me arrested and confiscate my Costco card! I don't mean to sound desperate, but I am! :-) Once you eat the gluten free Sofella cake, you don't want to go back to the others!

Oh my gosh! I brought the red velvet cake with vanilla bean frosting and made cupcakes. Needless to say in a home of 3, they were gone in 3 days :). Best cake ever!

WOW! Made the choc cake mix up in cupcakes for a birthday part and they are FAB!!!! You sent me a free sample of the cake and the mix … I bought a cake mix at F and E because I needed more than 12 cupcakes. Now, how about a white cake mix? I do mean white, not yellow – for those who like plain vanilla. (Yes, I had one of those at the party!) Keep up the good work. I cannot even begin to tell you how grateful we celiacs are …. Especially folks like me who started the GF life back before all these wonderful new things that are happening now. YEAH for Sofella! Thank you thank you!

I came across your gluten free chocolate cake mix and all purpose baking mix at a local store, and I have to say WOW!!! The chocolate cake is the best cake ever--- that's not saying "the best gluten free" it's just "the best cake!" and I absolutely love it!! I also love the all purpose mix for pancakes and waffles. My question is are you going to put out any other gluten free products? I was recently put on a gluten free/dairy free diet and would love to try other flavors than chocolate. Also, my sister in law was put on a gluten free diet and she's allergic to chocolate but would love to try out any other flavors. If you have plans for this, that would be wonderful!! Thanks again.

I have never been a cake eater until my daughter bought me a Sofella chocolate cake mix, and not only myself, but non-Celiac members of my family were addicted on first bite! Everyone/Celiac and non Celiac that has tasted this cake ever since has said they will never eat another brand of cake again! Thank you for making food taste so good!

Hello Sof'ella - today I tried your lemon ginger bread. It was so delicious! (The pumpkin bread did not even last for a day!) Until I found sof'ella, I never liked cake/bread mix, and I always made everything from scratch because most of the products were too sweet for me and had a lot of chemical substance. But Sof'el...la, your cake/bread mix has been spoiling me!
